In under two months, Minexa evolved from concept to a public facing AI product. Clear positioning, focused UX, and tight execution helped shape it into a confident early stage startup.

What I actually did
Defined the brand, visual identity, and design language from scratch
Designed and built the landing page with real signup flows and analytics
Created end to end UX flows, dashboards, and components for the app
Ran UX workshops with the founder to shape personas and messaging
Researched competitors across AI and automation tools
Built the React front end using Material UI, wired to the Minexa API
Designed and implemented in app animations and transitions
